SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

d.Rosi offers free Ground shipping. UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air are also available. d.Rosi is not responsible for shipments once in the hands of UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you are located outside of the continental US, please email studio@drosi.co to place your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. All items in our shop are made-to-order and are final sale. Please email studio@drosi.co with any questions before placing an order.

DAMAGES
Shipping damages must be claimed within 24 hours of receiving the package. All packaging must remain intact and be well documented in order to claim insurance. Please email damage claims to studio@drosi.co with detailed photos of the shipping box, packaging, and damages. 

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation with an anticipated ship date after your order is confirmed. d.Rosi will update you via the email on your order with any changes. Please check all inboxes for a confirmation email from studio@drosi.co to ensure that you are receiving updates about your order.
